• Tees & hoodies: Most garments are a unisex fit. If you like a more relaxed or oversized feel, consider sizing up. For a more fitted look, you may prefer your usual size or to size down, depending on the brand.
• Tote bags & pouches: Dimensions are listed in the description and shown in the images so you can see how much they hold.
• Mugs & drinkware: Sizes are listed in fluid ounces (oz) and/or millilitres (ml) so you know how big your brew will be.

All RakelMacc pieces are designed in Australia and printed to order by trusted print partners.

Materials vary by product (for example: cotton-blend garments, polyester tote bags)

If you have any questions about materials, feel free to message me before you order – I’m happy to help you pick the right piece.

To keep your print looking fresh for as long as possible:

Garments (tees, hoodies, sweatshirts):

• Turn inside out before washing
• Cold, gentle machine wash with similar colours
• Use mild detergent – no bleach or fabric softener
• Line dry or tumble dry on low
• Do not iron directly on the print and do not dry clean

Tote bags & fabric accessories:

• Spot clean where possible
• For a deeper clean, gentle cold hand wash
• Lay flat or hang to dry

Mugs & drinkware:

• Dishwasher and microwave safe for everyday use, unless otherwise stated in the listing
• Handwashing is always gentler on the print over time

Always check the specific notes on each product in case there are any extra care recommendations.

Every item is made to order just for you.

• Printing and fulfilment usually takes a few business days before your order ships

• Orders are shipped directly from the print partner location closest to you where possible, to keep shipping times and emissions down

• Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout for your location

• You’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order is on the way

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship in separate parcels depending on which print partner fulfils them.

EU & UK customers

At the moment I don’t collect VAT at checkout. Depending on your country and order value, your local postal service or courier may charge VAT and a small handling fee on delivery. This is normal for small overseas shops and is outside my control.
